Tynestack Partners is a specialist recruitment agency based in Newcastle. We work white collar roles across tech, finance and commercial, from engineers and analysts through to operations and leadership hires.
We started Tynestack because too much recruitment is volume over judgement. CVs fired out in bulk, candidates ghosted, clients sold people who were never right. We do the opposite. Fewer roles, handled properly, by someone who knows the market and stakes their name on every placement.
